Refund Policy
In order to keep our employees and customers safe, ChromeBabe is NOT taking returns .We want to make sure each of our customers are receiving safe and brand new products and our employees are not handling potentially unsafe returns. A lot of work goes into making the products buying supplies and ingredients that won’t be refunded back to us so please cancel order before it is packed and shipped off because at that point it is final no returns after that no refunds after that.Refunds are only applicable to Damage products.
If an order is NOT cancelled before shipment, there is no way to return/exchange once it has been processed and packed for shipment. Please verify all items are correct prior to shipment!

Shipping Policy
100% of our orders are shipped on Monday and Friday and takes 3-5 business days once dropped off and scanned.
Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched Monday.
*However in some cases it may take up to 2-4 business days depending on product availability and high demand.

All USPS mail are an estimated delivery time. There are no guarantees. We are not responsible for UPS or USPS delivery delays.

ChromeBabe is not responsible for post office mistakes because we did not make it they did you would need to go to them and sort out your order for they are responsible.
