REFUND/RETURN POLICY

In order to keep our employees and customers safe, ChromeBabe is NOT taking returns .We want to make sure each of our customers are receiving safe and brand new products and our employees are not handling potentially unsafe returns. A lot of work goes into making the products buying supplies and ingredients that won’t be refunded back to us so please cancel order before it is packed and shipped off because at that point it is final no returns after that no refunds after that.Refunds are only applicable to Damage products.
If an order is NOT cancelled before shipment, there is no way to return/exchange once it has been processed and packed for shipment. Please verify all items are correct prior to shipment!

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
